Delete Recycle Bin.

DELETE RECYCLE BIN ICON.

start->run->gpedit.msc-> user configuration ->desktop->remove recycle bin from desktop->double click->change it not configured to enable-> click on apply. now click OK

Now open  RUN and Type “gpupdate.exe” (without Quotes)

now RESTART your system...
